Shipping Policy
• All orders are shipped from within the continental USA.
• WHOLESALE & STORE ORDERS: Wholesale orders and large/bulk orders for stores are charged a shipping rate per the freight fees for that shipment. You may use your own shipping account number with FedEx or UPS for those shipment freight costs. Some wholesaler accounts may receive free shipping with a minimum order. • We ship via USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International. If you would like overnight shipping, please contact us for special instructions.
• All orders are packaged with extreme care to prevent damage. Orders over $400 will be insured and charged accordingly.
• You agree to all terms of the transaction, which include a description of your purchase, sale price and shipping information.
• We reserve the right to use a comparable shipping method when necessary.
• Customs and Tax Fees may apply to orders shipping outside of the United States.
• We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Remember to order early to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
Out of Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition.
• Return shipping cost is the customer`s responsibility.
• A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund the original shipping charges.
• If you receive the item damaged, immediately contact us for further instructions.
• Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.
